No scheduled jobs after update to 18.2.7

Hi list,
after the update from 18.2.6 to 18.2.7 no more jobs will be scheduled.
call show schedule will show it.
call st dir will report "No Scheduled Jobs." and nothing will started at
the specified time.
Thanks for any ideas.
