Concurrent fulls and incrementals

Hello all,
I would like to set up bareos to do Incremental and Full backups
"Concurrently".
Currently what is happening is a the Director's Maximum Concurrent
Jobs are running (9) but they end up being long running Fulls which only
allow an occasional Incremental to run. We do Fulls once every quarter.
There are about 50 clients.

E.g. One idea which I would be pleased with would be to set the
maximum number of Fulls running to 1 and then 9 Incrementals.

There are lots of "Maximum Concurrent Jobs" which I'm not quite sure
how to set.
This is how "Maximum Concurrent Jobs" are ATM:

Client filedaemon 20 (default)
Director Client 1
Director Director 10
Director Storage 9
Storage 20
