bareos-fd logs visible in director

Hi guys,

Is there any way to see bareos-fd logs under central console in bareos director ?

I have two problematic clients where from time to time backup stuck. Unfortunately I have no access to that clients and I'm not able to identify root cause (restart bareos-fd helps). My idea is redirect bareos-fd logs to director during backup session and hopefully find a root cause.

Messages {
   Name = Everything-to-director
   Director = <your-director-name> = all
}

Should give you all messages sent to director.

But.

1. It might be quite a lot.

2. If the fd crashes or "gets stuck" as you say, you might not get the logs anyway.

3. You might have to (I haven't investigated it so I'm not sure here) reconfigure your messages settings on director in order to capture it to a file or display to console.
