Hello!
I'm using version 22.1.1
Recently, some virtual machine differential backup jobs started producing this message:25 2023-10-04 22:26:39 ct-bareos01-fd JobId 7410: Warning: python3-fd-mod: To minimize restore time, it is recommended to run this job at full level next time.

The backup completes successfully with the status OK, but in this case the differential backup is equal to the size of the full backup. This only applies to some VMs. This has never happened before.

Hello Ramil,
there should be an error message logged after the "Get CBT failed:" which is what the plugin got back from the failed API call
when it requested the CBT data.
One cause for that issue can be that the VM was restored, which means that the disk was completey overwritten. In that
case an incremental CBT backup is not possible.
I think in the past this could also occur after a storage vmotion, but I'm not sure if that could still be a problem
in current versions of vSphere.
So whatever was the cause, the plugin can't do anything about it.
The best you can do is run a full leven backup as soon as possible.

# Before running the first backup, CBT (Changed Block Tracking) must be enabled for the VMs to be backed up.
