Consolidate jobs trying to use same volume?

Started allowing concurrent jobs. Backups work great but Consolidate job created virtual has issues.
The symptom is a deadlock scheduling volumes on devices. Specific error is:

Preferablly I would like to run condolidate jobs in serial but allow normal backups to run in parallel. I don’t see a way to do this as the Virtuals created have all the same properties of the backup jobs.

Currently eveyrhting is deadlocked and the SD shows:

The interesting one is the rose-Users is tring to read and write to the same volume? Currently that volume shows as mounted in FileStorage3 AI-Consolidated-2281 is one of 1 Append volumes in that pool, but autolabeling is also allowed.
