Payment pending from NIC even after settled by TPA MD INDIA

Sir

MY Medical claim has been settled by TPA IN Jan 23 but payment is still pending by NIC under IBA Froup policy 22-23. I have sent reminders to TPA but of no use. Please advise in the matter if any one has any knowledge in the matter.

You get once again sick if you follow up with Medical insurance companies or TPA.They are eloquent while collecting premium and become deaf and dumb while settling the claims.

Why are you sending claim here,who will help you.pl contact directly from TPa.it is not so good that every problem come on pension platform

He is distraught & is asking for help from those who can help him. If one feels this mail is not worth it, them one can delete it.

I am very much conversant with knowledge of peoples  who considers this platform for pension purpose only. This platform has been Woking for welfare of retirees with any problem.

I have asked from knowledgeable persons for advise on the matter and not from persons with extraordinary knowledge.

Please contact the Insurers like Vidal Health Insurance and register a complaint with them enclosing the acceptance of your claim by TPA with intimation to bank.

Once your bill has been sanctioned in toto by TPA MD INDIA they have no more role to play .Hence it is futile writing to them..The ball being in NIIC's court payment has to be made by them.

There appears  to be no plausible reason for Insurance co to withhold payment since January.

You may send an EMAIL to their Customer relations wing in their KOLKOTTA  Head office .If no remedy is in sight you may prefer a complaint with INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN

What is the help you have from your Bank's liaison with NIIC?It is presumed you have not presented your problem to them

Meanwhile before initiating these steps make doubly sure that settlement has not been made by NIIC to your designated Bank ACCOUNT as messages are sometimes missed

There is absolutely no rule that only pension matters are to be discussed in this forum .Updation is a distant dream .Instead of churning out the same subject again and again it is worthwhile to bring to light other issues like this

No sir.TPA must ensure smooth payment of bills after due verification.When retiree complains about non payment,it is the primary responsibility of TPA to ensure payment as retiree has no direct connection with the insurance company.
