The initial cheers brought by the news is slowly giving way to frustration as it is not clear when concurrence of DFS would be received . Hope the same would be received by the end of Aug so that the benefit could be reaped in Sep.

Are you sure that IBA has sent any proposal to DFS? Is there any communication from DFS acknowledging receipt of any such proposal?

Dear all,

The delay in securing approval is inexplicable and is a source of concern and anxiety. 

I am reminded of a famous saying in Tamil. 

" Even if the Gods grant the wishes of devotees ,  poojaries ( priests) would stand in the way"

Similar sayings may probably found in other languages too.
