CORRECTIONS -GODIGIT CARDS

Dear Madam/Sir,

Today is the last date for correction of data in the portal. Request you all to please check your data and correct the same if incorrect in the portal. Please note the following:

1) There are many instances where you will find that the gender is wrong on the e-card same is correct in our portal. We have identified this is an error at the Go Digit systems due to incorrect upload.

2) Many of you have already sent us messages for the correction which is corrected in the portal. If you find that the information is correct in the portal, not action required from your end.

3) Once you finish with all the corrections today, we shall send the corrected details to Go Digit and they will make corrections by passing a one-time endorsement.  After endorsement, we shall resend the corrected e-cards to you.

Sir I have not yet received my health insurance card by mail. It is useless to send messages to go digit for the same

Godigit is found sending E mail to beneficiaries of the Super Top Policy with link to down load Health card. 

Many have already received the card. 

Hope K. M. Dastur may reply in this regard.
