For Information:

The above case, -partly heard - was listed earlier to 22nd April'26 as per SC website.However same was not found a place in weekly list /daily list for above dates.

Every pensioner anticipate for an early verdict in above case, let it be in favour or otherwise.

As of now it is not known when the case may come up again for hearing.Ofcourse, legal process has its own priorities.

Retirees wait continues!
