CA 7993/2023 LATE M C SINGLA CASE BEFORE SC ON 29TH APRIL 26

Just For Information:

The  above case No CA 7993/2023 was appeared in Daily List of SC published  for 29th April'26 as item No 1. However same has not came up for hearing today also.

 Miscellaneous cases took full time of the court today.

Further delay in hearing  cannot be ruled out,considering the fact that,Partial Court Working Days of SC may commence from 1st June'26  to 12th July'26.

"Today the MC Singla case for pension updation was listed as item 101 (1st item) in the regular matters list in Supreme Court in court no.2. The matter was to be taken up immediately after the misc matters list which is usually over by 12pm. Being confident of final hearing today our whole team led by Dr Manish Singhvi remained present in the Court whole day. Dr. JD Sharma also specially came from Kochin. But unfortunately due to the lengthy matter at last item 33 in the misc list relating to different eligibility conditions for primary teachers in various states the whole time of Court was consumed and our matter could not be taken up. At 3.30 pm Dr. Manish Singhvi requested the Court for the matter to be retained on Board and Court has agreed to list the matter on 6.5.26 Wednesday for hearing."
