Bogus minutes. Since 6th BPS they have been enacting the same drama. In every BPS during 40-50 meetings they do not discuss pensioners' issues seriously except the same old dialogues. At the  fag end of

BPS they say "we did not have time to discuss these iisues and will be discussed as residual issues." Then they go on vacation till the due date of the next BPS. After backstabbing pensioners by signing useless EX gratia agreements, I wonder if any pensioner believes them again.

It has been an emotionally roller coaster ride for the pensioners.

Hope then disappointment again Hope then disappointment. It has become a routine feature.

Latest being, hope of “substantial ex-gratia” then disappointment of a meagre amount.

Now hope of “mutually acceptable and amicable resolution within six months” regarding pension updation. i.e before 8^th September 2024, if they keep their words.

Come September we will know whether we have taken for a yet another ride or there would be some good news.
