Dear Members,
The one-line order "List tomorrow i.e. 7th May, 2026 at 3:00 P.M" shows that the court’s intention is not just to "postpone" the case but to conclude it as early as possible, perhaps before summer break.
The list of advocates on pages 1 and 2 shows that both sides have brought their "big guns," including Senior Advocates and the Additional Solicitor General—along with a long list of Intervenors.
Item No. 301 (the preceding matter) is time-consuming.
The long list of intervenors and the shift to 'Motion hearing' suggest that today’s session will focus on essential procedural formalities. The progress made during this hearing will be the decisive factor in determining the next stage of our case.
