 Sir, 

Today on 6.5.26 the MC Singla case for pension updation was listed in Special Bench in the court No 2 of Hon'ble Justice Mr Vikram Nath and Mr Mehta Our case No. was 302 and at 3 PM.the item No.301was taken up and continued till 3.40 PM

When the court rose to hear some other urgent matters in chambers on a mention by Sh.Manish Sanghvi ,Sr.Adv for ARISE the Hon'ble judges agreed to constitute a Special Bench again on 7.5.26 at 3 PM and hear our case for pension updation.

Our matter will be again at 302 while item No 301 is likely to be over in 15-20 minutes we hope that the final hearing in our casewill be held on 7.5.26 after 3PM.

Dear Members,

The one-line order "List tomorrow i.e. 7th May, 2026 at 3:00 P.M" shows that the court’s intention is not just to "postpone" the case but to conclude it as early as possible, perhaps before summer break.

The list of advocates on pages 1 and 2 shows that both sides have brought their "big guns," including Senior Advocates and the Additional Solicitor General—along with a long list of Intervenors.

Item No. 301 (the preceding matter) is time-consuming.

The long list of intervenors and the shift to 'Motion hearing' suggest that today’s session will focus on essential procedural formalities. The progress made during this hearing will be the decisive factor in determining the next stage of our case.

Fingers crossed for a productive session today.

It is listed as the FIRST one to be heard at 3 pm.
