For Information:

WP No 38757/2025 and other Writ Petitions filed before Kerala High Court in the matter of GST on Group Medical Insurance are dismissed. 
AIBRF will go for appeal after studying order. 
Detailed circular will follow.

Kindly clarify, wheather Bank is going to recover GST amount?

As per information available banks have already  collected Medi Insurance Premium for 2025-26 with GST,from retirees.

Still there is a long rope, why hurry to pay GST ?

Sir P N B, after collecting GST, refunded the same to all members. 
Now I think they will recollect it.
