This is just an order for listing on 10th Dec 2025. The Order does not pin pointedly say hat MC Singla Case 's  hearing will take place. Hence Again there high uncertainty about the possibility of the hearing taking place.

An IA was filed for an early date and it is granted. There is no guarantee that it will be heard on that day. On October 24 also IA was filed for early hearing and the case was listed and adjourned. It is pure luck.

Arguments on IA for early hearing of main case were aver and there upon  the date 10th dec is fixed for final hearing. Of course other party may creat a situation where adjournment is possible. Hope final arguments will take place on 10th dec.

Not at all sir, it's only for to decide, whether can allow early hearing on day to day basis.If the court say yes on 10/12/25,then they may fix a date for final hearing.pl ask mr.mohan sir in this regard

1, So far 3 times the mention memo was filed 22.10.2024  13.02.2015 and Nov 2015. After every memo a date is given and again no listings.

Present Singhla case SLP 5561/2016 is an appeal against Earlier High Court judgments CWP 6233.2008 and LPA789/2012.

Copy of the judgment  LPA789/2012 is attached for those interested.
