CJI proclaims periodically "NO Adjournment" - but Indian Bank excepted eternally 😔 perhaps 

Our collective karmas are hunting after us: in our previous janmas we might have promised to pay some what we owed to  them but went on postponing it & never fulfilled it .😟

This kind of evading the senior/ super senior citizens ,that too ,pensioners , boldly resorting to subterfuges , perjuries , right under the nose of Supreme Court of India is unique & nowhere can be noticed  & hence fit  to be entered in Guinness Record .

May God bless us with stamina to bear with the 

discomforting , disgusting disapoinments .

But I hasten to add why the Gvt.,DFS , Finance Ministry ,Trade unions & Supreme court are unitedly & collectively treating this pitiable case in a nonchalant , flippant ,frivolous manner ? The Gvt has power & authority & so come forward to propose as you have suggested & categorically say what they would do instead of playing with seniors' lives who are having their last days here  ? Even if updation granted how long can they enjoy ? Their days are numbered . Strange - mone of them realises this bitter truth but ready to play with the issue as pastime ,!

The worst affected are retirees before 2002 -

both by way of DA loss & NOn updation.

What is destined to happen will happen .🙏

M C Singla case again adjourned to 

      22/07/2026.

Instead of allowing eternal adjournments

thereby tantalizing the pathetic, pitiable pensioners who are vanishing into thin  air , the Supreme court can very well dismiss the case with NO APPEAL  .

The pensioners can be given the golden opportunity to console themselves that this is their fate owing to their past karma .Let the IBA ,managements ,DFS ,Trade Unions amass money among themselves,allow NPAs ,Write Offs , etc.- for such noble deeds the Gvt. has money 

but for bank pensioners " NO MONEY"
