You may be referring on election of office bearers of AIBEA held at B'lore on 10th June 26.

Election was held and office bearers were elected.Mr C H Venkitachakam continue as GS.

Dear all, During January 2023, I had read about the W P was filed by BOB RETIREES (T N ) (all cadre) in Madras High court challenging Spl Allowance denial for CALCULATION of retiral benefits. Can anybody provide me the WP no of the case.

Dear sir 

Namaskar 

इसमें spl allowance केस में जो bipartiate सेटलमेंट हुआ था शायद 9 th उसमें यह लिखा है कि spl allowance को superannuation benefit में इसको शामिल नहीं किया जाएगा

तो govt का वकील उस सेटलमेंट को आधार मान कर supreme court high court में लड़ेगा क्योंकि ऐसा settelment में लिखा है

यह एक नेगेटिव फैक्ट है पता नहीं इसका क्या इफेक्ट होगा भगवान जाने

ऐसा है कि यह केस मद्रास हाई कोर्ट में writ पिटिशन दिया गया है, मैंने इसी ग्रुप में पढ़ा था। दरअसल मुझे उस wp का नंबर चाहिए।
