IBA. and UFBU all are brokers. We have followed a wrong path while we were in service. PENSIONER'S problem would have been solved long back if  UFBU is really a trade Union

But my view is within R.B.I.formula let updation is done in phased manner but positively within a span of six months to cover all the retirees that is very much possible in today's technology advanced era. When the pre Nov.2002 retirees were discriminated and deprived from payment of 100% neutralisation of D.A. and who are still receiving considerable amount of LESS D.A. & PENSION DUE TO TREACHERIES DONE BY THE IBA & UFBU IN CONNIVANCE WITH MR.S.C.JAIN OF AIBRF AS ALSO BY MR.K.V.ACHARYA OF THE THEN CBPRO WHY QUESTION OF UNIFORM PAYMENT OF D.A. WAS NOT RAISED RATHER AGREED/CONSENTED TO THE DISCRIMINATORY POLICY BY THESE SO CALLED RETIREE ASSOCIATIONS' LEADERS?

Who created another Special Allowance ifron 11/2012? Who demanded it's merger in BP? Who raking a u turn from merger, started quarrelling for 20% SA? Were it was UFBU? How pre-1986 is a pension issue? Is ex-gratia pension issue? What's UFBU stand on RBI line, the bed-rock of our Pension policy? Is Pre-2002 right line? Certain principles were drawn from CCSR. DA on half yearly basis, commutation chart, DA etc. In RBI revision on 10 year basis was taken and first revision was made from 1992-2002 in 2003. It was reversed and in 2019 when Revision was reconsidered it was considered for two 10 years block from 1992-2002 & 2092-2012. It's on CCSR basis. What's new road map of UFBU? It's just attention diverting and divisive trick, drafting away from RBI line. It's very dangerous approach. It will leave us of no where.

Since the AIBPARC President who himself was a party with the IBA, AIBRF & UFBU to this  discrimination selectively only with the pre Nov.2002 retirees that need to be removed immediately and the UFBU suggested faced updation proposal is someway to compensate the discriminated segment.
> Though it would have been welcomed if all the retirees updation would have been proposed but if all the retirees updation is considered by marging D.A.at 6352 points index then the pre pre Nov.2002 retirees discrimination cannot be removed and unjustified discrimination will continue. Even though this phased updation suggestion proposed by UFBU came several years after the retirees continuous persuasion and criticism of the UFBU/AIBEA leaders yet is a welcome step and will pave future updation simultaneously with the employees wage revision. If AIBPARC or its President or any other office bearers oppose this faced manner updation then again updation of pension will be held up and IBA/DFS will get the chance stating retirees Associations do not want updation and in such case AIBPARC and Mr.K.V.Acharya will only be rasponsible

Happy to find another sane voice to denounce the sold out trade unions. Our bad luck.
i had told off Mr. Kotaiah, President of SBI Officers' Federation when he defended the illegal, autocratic, invalid Pillai committee implementation. I was confirmed as Officer Gr 1, but the despicable Pillai committee formula effectively took away 6 years of my service as I was 'promoted as MM2 officer' only in 1984!.  He threatened me and my batchmates who had the courage to call him a nincompoop.

Now we are seeing a more serious harm done by the sold out trade unions in accepting the officers' pension policy and wage revision.
If you recall the then Army chief's words, who lambasted Rajiv Gandhi on Bofors issue. We are in same situation. It's irretrievable.
