State Bank Retirees Association has raised important legal issue regarding Disciplinary Proceedings in State Bank of India and erstwhile 
Associate Banks.  We have also raised legal status and enforceability of provisions of Provident Fund Regulations of erstwhile Associate 

Banks,  in terms of which we are entitled to Provident Fund also.
