Job Location: Tampa / Jersey City (hybrid)

Rate: Open As per the Market we can submit H1b/GC/CITIZEN/H4EAD/GC-EAD

Application Architecture Practice

Java/Python/Strong database(multiple db)/Oracle Informatica/Cloud (AWS/Azure) mainly/Snowflake/DevOps/finance/Banking domain. Along with the mandatory Architectural skills mentioned in the JD, 10+ years minimum exp and minimum 12+ years for Senior level.

·        Research leading ideas, methodologies and technology to enable superior delivery capabilities.

·        Assist compliance and governance when adopting new practices as well as partnering in development of appropriate governance for new technologies and application architecture practices

Application Architecture

·        Understand business architecture goals and architect assets that can deliver a solid return on investment and accelerate AD team solution delivery capability.

·        Drafts conceptual and logical architecture specifications for both capability assets and for adopting applications

·        Assists project teams during system design with the drafting of logical architectural models

·        Assists project teams during system design to promote the efficient re-use of IT assets

·        Advises project team during system development to assure compliance with architectural principles, guideline and standards

·        Shares DTCC’s architectural vision with collaborators through informal discussion and formal presentations

·        Understand implementation context and team capabilities to provide appropriate guidance for team to successfully implement capability assets and package those assets for efficient consumption by AD teams creating solutions

·        Assist with project execution including input to project planning and risk identification

Application Development

·        Provides senior level consulting services to augment team skills and provide hands-on education

**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **

Talents Needed For Success:

·        Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in application development

·        Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field preferred

·        Minimum of 5 years of above 10 in leadership roles (team lead, design lead, line manager, etc.)

·        Years of experience in post-trade processing of global financial transactions is a significant plus

Additional Qualifications:

·        Possess a detailed understanding of common software implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)

·        Technical skills include current leading technologies, particularly Web and Cloud related technologies

·        Maintains current knowledge of marketplace changes, technology changes, and client businesses relevant to the Domain

·        Demonstrates sophisticated analytical skills

·        Demonstrates advanced verbal, visual and written communication skills in technical domains

·        Demonstrates leadership skills, particularly soft-skills and ability to influence

·        Securities industry background preferred

·        Years of experience in post-trade processing of global financial transactions is a huge plus
