Born on the 14 May 1826.

Maternal Grandmother: I have no idea. Something really different, I think. You'll have to find their marriage.

To figure out if the grandparents are alive or not, you're going to have to read all the baptisms to see if the scribe/priest notes any deceased grandparents. More often than not, the grandparents' deaths are not mentioned.

The name of the mother is Maria Delfina de Santo Antonio

That is a strange name for the maternal Grand mother. The date of the baptism was 19 May.

I'm guessing the maternal grandmother's name as Jarol de Santa Antonia.

I confirmed the maternal grandmother as Isabel de Santo Antonio on other records and the São Jorge Genealogical Society Index.  I think the priest disguised that well.
