thank you to everyone that has been so helpful in the last few posts. i am hoping someone will be able to help once again, i am having a hard time reading the marriage document between Florinecio Ferreira Drumonde and Beatriz Da Gloria Ferreira, (the bottom right, number 7)

Hi Natasha,

It's a beautiful record and clearly written. Why don't you give it a try?

It's in the 3rd time period. It follows a format. You can find that info here:

You might be able to figure out the month on the first line or two. Turn the page and try to find the parents. You'll see the names of the churches where they are from. Start with that and you will be able to build from there. That's how us non-native speakers learned to "read."
