My Heritage DNA tools are free until Wednesday, December 18th. They regularly charge $29 USD.

If you have previously transferred to My Heritage and don't have the tools, you can delete your data and reupload it. How to tell if you have the tools? Log in to My Heritage, go to Tools, and see if it will allow you to generate the Auto Cluster tool:

To get the free tools:
1) Download your raw data from where you previously DNA tested (FTDNA, AncestryDNA, 23 and Me). Save it to your Desktop or Download folder.
2) Upload (or re-upload) it here: https://www.myheritage.com/dna/upload
3) Wait. It'll be an early Christmas present to yourself to use for next year.

You can do this for as many kits that you manage (if the person is living, be sure to ask them if it's OK to transfer them to My Heritage. Tell them it's like fishing for cousins in another pond)!

I’ve tried the auto cluster twice. I have yet to see the results. Maybe I’ll download my data again and give it another try.

When I have My Heritage generate an Auto Cluster, I get an attachment. I download that to my computer. I prefer to rename it, so this one is for an American cousin, Nancy. I double click the folder:

Then I'm going to double click the folder again:

There's an Excel file and an HTML document. I happen to be on Firefox. I don't know if that is why the "Type" says Firefox or not. So I double click the Firefox (2nd one) and it generates the clusters.

I haven't tried this with Chrome. I have both Chrome and Firefox on my computer and I have both open at once because some things are rather picky on the Internet and they don't play nicely with one browser, so I try the other.

Hmm, I just realized that I was using Chrome when I generated the Auto Cluster report. Yet it comes as Firefox HTML.

You are getting more than I am. After clicking on generate I get the message they will send an e-mail when the process has finished. Yet I have not received one.

Paul,

It's not always in my inbox. Sometimes it's in my "Promotions" section or in Spam. It comes from "My Heritage Notification."

I did not have any trouble getting my clusters to come in. I did mine with Chrome and so did my son.
I did change a couple of the settings on my computer to have the html to open with Chrome instead of Explorer.

I only had a total of 9 clusters. My 1st one had 49 people in it. Azores for sure.
My son had a total of 16 clusters. The most he had in a cluster was 17 people.

Very interesting to see. Most people I do not recognize their names.

I just checked. My clusters report came into my promotions folder. So I would suggest you check there and your spam folder.
Both mine and my son's report came in less than 5-10 minutes

The few Azorean auto clusters that I have seen...There's a really large cluster and the next one is about half the size. His is for people who are half-Azorean. I think I've only seen 3 or 4 of them.
