Unusual Marriage record from Altares

I’m trying to read this marriage record from Altares. It appears that the parents of the couple are listed in the margin instead of the main narrative. I wonder why. Since it does not follow the pattern for marriage record I cannot read it. Could someone please help me? It is the record at the bottom of the right side of the page. Thanks again, Doreen Caetano

You read it right. The priest forgot the names of the couple. I don't know why. My standard answer for those kinds of things: Too much vinho.
