I need help reading the names in this baptism record

I think it says Manuel, son of Antonio??? From Biscoitos, and Maria Lourenca from Biscoitos?. Is it saying they are single? Is it listing her parents? In the area of the godparents is it referring to a brother? Top right side of the page. Help Thanks again. Doreen Caetano

Father: Antonio do Couto. Single, from Biscoitos.
Mom: Rosa Joaquina, single, daughter of Jacinto do Scribble Scrabble and his wife, Joaquina (?) Maria, native of Biscoitos and parishioners of Sao Roque.

Gods: Manuel do Couto, brother da Something of the baptized (I want to say father? but it almost looks like mother - the dad is the Couto), and Barbara de Jesus Vieira.

I think the father is Antonio Jacinto Fernandes, single; and the mother is Rosa Jacinta, single, daughter of  Jacinto do Couto and his wife Joaquina Maria (I think also from Biscoitos)

The godfather is Manuel do Couto, brother of the mother.  Madrinha is Barbara de Jesus (Vieira or Viuva).

It appears the couple married two months later after getting the dispensation (3d to 4th degree consanguinity) that probably held their marriage up.

The mother is Rosa Joaquina as Cheri said.  I can't explain why I typed Jacinta (misremembered while typing?)

Thank you. This sure was an interesting baptism. No wonder I had problems reading it. The baptism happened in Altares but the marriage in Biscoitos. Both parents were from Biscoitos. I wonder if the godmother was from Altares?

I had Antonio Jacinto Fernandes, but moved the laptop to angle the light and said maybe it could be Couto, as that is what Doreen mentioned. The bleed through documents are a pain!

The freguesias are only a couple of miles apart. Depending on where they lived in the freguesia, the other church may have been closer.

And according to the parents’ marriage the mother was born in Altares.
