Jose son of Manuel Joaquim Machado and Isabel de Jesus natural of San _____ Ribeira Seca, Sao Jorge born 23 July 1851 Baptized 2 August.

Later it says:

Manuel Joaquim son of Manuel Jose _______ de Jesus________(I can't figure out what else it says.

I am guessing the side note is about his death - I need help with what it says, please.

...natives of the freguesia of this parish of Sao Tiago (Tiago is abbreviated as T^o).

Godparents were Manuel Joaquim, son of Manuel Jose and Umbelina de Jesus, aunt maternal of this same freguesia.

Note says: Died in the freguesia of Santo Antão? Could be Santo Amaro? of this council on the day 10 of July of the current year. Then it goes on with the number of death where it's record. The date at the bottom looks like 14 July 1937 or 38. That's the best I can do on the margin. Hopefully, someone else can get more.
