Hello, 

We have found a couple of old photos in my grandmother's photo albums that we aren't sure about. We were hoping to find any information regarding old photos that may have been taken in the Azores between 1890 and 1925. We aren't even sure where/when exactly this were taken or why these photos were taken. We assume that these people are related to us as these were found in with all of the other old photos that my grandmother can name the people in them. We appreciate any help regarding these old photos.

Do you have information you can give about your line of Costa individuals? My husband’s Costa relative we have little info about except they were from São Roque, Ponta Delgada, ilha de São Miguel.  It’s his grandmother who we only knew as Maria de Conseição who immigrated to Hawaii as a young mother in 1896. Her youngest brother was Serafim da Costa.   Her family members went to the east coast and others went to Trinidad & Tobago.
