Bottom left: Joaquina.   How do you spell the maternal grandfather’s first name:  Costhodco???

Hi Sam,

The priest wrote something like Costhodio, it's the nowadays Custódio.

If you go to translate.google.pt, write Custódio and click the volume button you'll hear the pronunciation
