Need some help with this birth record - Top left

Can anyone make out the day and month, 1719 for Francisco

Parents are Manuel de Matos / Teresa de Medeiros

Centro de Conhecimento dos Açores - Registos Paroquiais

It is hard to make out but I think it is 29 September.  

I am more sure that the one preceding it is 26 September and the one following is in October.

He spells Setembro as Cetembro and seis as ceis. I can only make out 20- something dia of Set. And he crashed "dia" into that word. vin te xxxdia.

Bill, I see the 29 now but what I don't understand is what form were they using for the month? Was it some kind of abbreviation?

The light has changed in this room and now I think it might be a faint "seis." So between the 26 and 29th.
