Hello everyone;  I have several questions on the above document. Left hand side, marriage of Manoel Jose Coelho to Francisca Rosa Sacramento/Livermento.

1.  I can’t decided on the bride’s surname? 
2. (It appears to be the same as the groom’s mother’s surname?) 
3. The bride’s father’s name appears to be Georgorio de Jesus Alvarez da Cotta. Do I have that right?
4. On the sidenote: Someone died on 28^th of June 1808?

1. I would say Livramento 
2. I would say Sacramento
3. Gregório de Jesus Alvares da Costa
4. I think it says "tirei certidão", in 2 diferent dates.
