Help with sidenote, Santa Maria, Sao Pedro

Right side.  I can read the main document but; need a little help with the side note.  I see that Antonio Cabral married Maria? de ??  who was 19 years old and native of the parish of Sao Pedro, daughter of Jose ? and his wife, Izabel de Chaves.  Do I have that right and can anyone fill in the question marks please?

 

2^nd note:  The marriage was dissolved by the death of Maria?? On 16^th of August 1975.  Can’t tell if that says “marido” or “marida”.  Was it Antonio or Maria that died?

Hi Sam,

I think it says: 

«O individuo a que se refere este registo de nome Antonio Cabral no modo de solteiro, contraiu casamento com Maria de Chaves Nunes(?), de dezanove anos, solteira, natural da freguesia de Nossa Senhora do Bom Despacho (Almagreira?), filha de José Nunes(?) e Luiza Izabel de Chaves. 

Vila do Porto, 23 Abril 1931»

«nº 2: o casamento averbado em 1, foi dissolvido por óbito do conjugue marido em 16 do mês (...?). Em 17 Agosto de 1975.»

I agree with what Angela said. I'm pretty sure her ? are correct as well.

Yes, Nossa Senhora do Bom Despacho is in Almagreira.

2nd note: ...16 of the month and year. So he died on 16 Aug. 1975.
