Help reading Altares Marriage record for Manuel Vieira of Santa Barbara and Catarina Martins, widow of Salvador Nogueiro of Altares

I need help reading the parents of the groom Manuel Vieira. I’m getting lost in the text. I see Manuel Vieira, natural to Santa Barbara, ???? son of Manuel Vieira and Maria Biboya, deceased, married Maria Martins, correction Catarina Martins….

"...natural de paroquial de Santa Barbara do lugar das Ribeyras, ilha do Pico filho de..."  So he is from Ribeiras, Lajes do Pico.  I took a peek and the baptisms there start in 1697 so I'm not sure where you go from there.  Both of the groom's parents are deceased (it say "defuntos" rather than "defunta").  Also, I'm at a loss as to the second name of the groom's mother "Bilboya"?

I’ve search CITCEM for this couple and found nothing. Any suggestions? If not I guess I will look for Maria Beliago’s death record in Altares.
