You have all the rest right. I read the marriage as the groom and his parents are natives of the above Matriz. Yes, it is Margarida's marriage.

Additionally, below is my translation.  If someone could fill in the question marks for me, I would really appreciate it.  I think in each case “parochial should be replaced with parish? I can’t figure out the father and grandfather’s occupation and the name of the maternal grandmother. Many thanks in advance.  I’m doing this translation for a distant cousin recently connected with.

Manoel, legitimate son of Antonio Feliciano de Sousa, potter, native of this parochial church of the Apostle of Saint Peter of this island of Santa Maria and of his wife/woman Francisca Umbelina de Figueiredo, native of the matrix of our Lady of Assumption of this island, residents of Alto de ??, at the end of this parochial (parish?) of San Pedro, paternal, I mean to say, paternal grandson of Jose Francisco de Fontes and of Maria dos ?? , both of this parochial and maternal of Antonio Jose de Figueiredo, potter, and of his first wife, Margarida Re?? natural of this same matrix, born on the 18 day of the month of January of the year 1844 and was baptized on the 24^th of the same month in this parochial of his parents by me Manoel Coelho ?? de Bettencourt, priest of her and godparents were, the very Reverend Omnibusman Vicar himself, Bernardino Jose Toledo and witnesses were Joao Maria de Sousa and his brother, Luis Maria de Sousa, both single and residents at the end of this parochial (parish) that with me signed this on the same day, month and year as above.
