maternal grandfather surname

Can someone tell me what the surname is for the maternal grandfather on this record please?  Manuel Goncalves ???   on other records for the family he is Manuel Goncalves da Silva but that is not da Silva.  thanks!

To me it looks like Manuel Gonçalves de Medeiros.

I think he's  Manuel Gonçalves de Medeiros too. The "M" on Manoel and "Medeiros" are the same, so there's no way it's Silva.
