FM operator / modulator feedback

I am experimenting with fm and so far so good. But i want to add feedback from the output of a sin osc to the fm input. This is going wrong. Try it when you go up and down on the keyboard and listen. At some point there is no output from the modulator at all.

I believe FM is a bit of a misnomer, and should have been called PM = Phase modulation.
That is what dx7 etc really do.

osc/sin has a pm inlet, please use that for "FM" sounds

Self feedback will be more stable with pm.
