No idea. Is it the same pedal that was working perfectly before?
It could be a worn-out potentiometer in the pedal, as the glitch seem to happen at the same position.I don't see a reason why a v3 board 'd be different than a v5 board. Maybe try a different analog input pin on the board to eliminate a bad solder joint?
