AutoPkgr stalls when handling >100 recipes

It was working fine, but one day it started stalling and since then it won't run more than ~100 recipes. When it gives up, I can see the helper and AutoPkgr are running but using 0% cpu. 

If I run smaller batches of ~50 recipes it works fine.

Any ideas?

Some troubleshooting tips are on the wiki. You may specifically want to try "Step 2" to verify whether it's an issue with AutoPkgr or the underlying autopkg recipe run.
