I am testing Supermetrics for about 2 weeks now (in Google sheets). In the beginning it worked perfect for me and the goals we have as a company. But now, two weeks later, the data fetching process is stuck on "waiting for Google Analytics to respond" (35%) with the exact same settings I used two weeks ago. After waiting for about 10 minutes, it stops and just leaves the sheet blank.

I already tried to reinstall Supermetrics, I also tried to remove the queries and fetch the data again. Those options haven't worked for me.
I have tried the test version of Supermetrics in docs, and this one does work. So it doesn't seem to have anything to do with my analytics.

I would really like to use this in Sheets. So if anyone could help me, that would be great! If it works we will definitely buy Supermetrics for Google Sheets.

I actually experience the same issue in Google Sheets. :(

Can you try going to the Data source tab in the sidebar, logging out of Google Analytics, and then logging back in?

Did you get this to work?

I'm experiencing the same issue here.

You should check what type of query the tool is getting stuck with. You can see the status of each query in the SupermetricsQueries sheet.

The query is never completed so there is nothing there

Ok, what type of query is it? Can you include a screenshot of the sidebar with that query's selections?

Our logs show you're hitting the Google Analytics daily quota limit. This means you are running too many queries, you should try reducing the number. Especially avoid setting max rows to more than 10,000, and don't use the "try to avoid Google sampling" setting, either of these may require running a lot of queries. For today, your quota limit has been exceeded, so you'll have to wait until midnigh US/Pacific before running more Google Analytics queries.

It is the following:

-16 analytics properties
-last 12 months (no comparison data)
-goal completions, all goals
-split into rows (dimension) by Analytics profile (view name )
-split into columns (pivot dimension) by month
-Segment is All Sessions
-no filter

This worked once upon a time. I updated the Property settings in Analytics admin so that the view names across all profiles looked uniform when Super metrics pulled the data and now every query times out.

What I've tried:
-Running the same query in a different cell
-running query from different computer (home vs work)
-logging out of analytics within super metrics and login back in
-adding extra analytics profiles to the query to change it up
-duplicating the file and running the query in the new copy of the file.

Any other ideas? I'm running out..

That makes sense. I'll reduce the max numbers and try again.
