Supermetrics for Google Drive

Receiving this error when trying to refresh a query I made a few hours earlier - "Error: TOKEN Authentication expired, you may need to log out and back in."
I have logged out of all Data Sources, removed the Supermetrics add-on, logged out of all Google products and it's still not recognizing me. I have also tried to create a query with a different account and different stats. My account is Super Pro (133 days left).

Any help is appreciated,

Abby

It seems this was a caused by a problem on Google's side. We have a workaround now in place, and your queries should work again.

Having same problem as well. Keep trying to refresh Adwords queries but "Token Expired" comes up for 2 of 4 Adwords queries I am running. Tried Logging out of Logged out of Adwords and back in again. This is killing my dashboard and productivity in a big way. What's going on?

Try reloading the page and relaunching the add-on. We made some changes that may help. If still not working, please post the query ID, and if possible, give temporary access to the file to in...@supermetrics.com. Thanks.

Hi,

Again having trouble with pulling in simple Bing Ads campaign data. All Bing Ads Queries I setup are now reporting the following error:

"Query failed: ERROR 2100 InvalidReportId The specified report id is invalid. Please use a valid report id."

I have not made any changes to the queries. I have been trying to pull in Bing Ads data for about 1.5 hours.

Queries are: BR2P2egbgZJvTn7r8hE8NdoiUzu1iM

This came from Bing, our system is running normally. We have now put in place some code that will automatically retry if Bing returns that error, hopefully that helps.

Have you done what the error message says, logged out and back in? The add-on should even display a link for that in the error message. The authentication credentials can expire for various reasons, and the data source (Google or Microsoft in this case) then require you to reauthenticate.
