Google Search Console - different numbers in Supermetrics and Google Search Console

I get different numbers for impressions for search terms in the Supermetrics plugin compared to the numbers I get in Google Search Console.

Most of the numbers are just slightly different, for example, the query that got 13 660 impressions in the plug in has 12 942 impressions in Seach console. But one query has around 32 000 in the plug-in and around 10 500 in Search Console.. Anyone that knows what the reason for this can be?

Which dimensions are you splitting by? Google has acknowledged problems in queries that split by query and page.

And do you use filters?

Yes, I use Search query as the dimension, but no filters.

Is there anything I can do about it?
