Hi!,I select each of the parameters and options that interest me to view, I click refresh and I always get this text and does not charge any information "Refresh failed: Found no queries to refresh Check That You have queries specified in the SupermetricsQueries. sheet ".

In Google Docs, never charge more than 35% and shows no information.

What I can do? What am I doing wrong?

Click the blue button to create queries. The Refresh button refreshes queries you've already created.

If I understand, I understand that I must use the buttons to get the information, just as when I use the blue button always get "Query failed: Can not place SupermetricsQueries to data sheet". If I create another file Spreadsheet I get "Query failed: Invalid query, running the query would require summing metrics with unique counts" and I can not use the "Split by" option always says "These metrics and dimensions can not be fetched together"

And as for Google Docs remember to press the blue button, only loads to 35% and nothing happens.

There is a help manual?

Which data source are you connecting to? If your combination is invalid, you need to pick different metrics or splti by. If you get the "can't place data into SupermetricsQueries sheet", it means you have to go to another sheet to run the query. The SupermetricsQueries sheet is a configuration sheet used for storing query parameters, so you can't run data queries to that sheet.

Still not working, as I mentioned earlier I think another file and just will not let me load the data, if I do add a leaf always get "Query failed: Invalid query, running the query would require summing metrics with unique counts" Regardless of metric is selected, I have done the test incluisive selccionando one option and the same goes simpre the same.

And which combination doesn't work? Try something simple like metrics=visits and split by=month, to confirm the tool works. Many more complex combinations are not allowed, but this is not a bug in the tool, it's caused by the restrictions by Google and Facebook.
