detect if another Android device is nearby

Is it possible to create a flow that can detect if another Android device is nearby (within approximately 10 meters)?

Both devices are running Automate Premium and are not rooted.

If the other device has Bluetooth enabled then try using the Bluetooth device scan block to scan for it.
