Hi,
When a flow containing multiple "starting points" is run manually, a menu listing the "starting points" appears.  It is not possible to create a shortcut that works this way.

Note: I don't want to use the "Dialog choice" block to create the menu because it requires additional coding.

An option in the Flow beginning pick block to limit starting points to specific flow is a feature on the to-do. That will likely be the way, so an additional Flow start block will be required.

I want to make sure I'm expressing it correctly:
When creating a shortcut, instead of selecting one of the starting points (1), I want to select the flow itself (2). This way I want to see the menu where I can see all the starting points together.

I understand, but there's no plans for such a feature, since starting a flow requires a starting point.
As i said, what is planned is to let you limit the Flow beginning pick block to a simple flow so you could do:
  1. Flow beginning
  2. Flow beginning pick: (planned argument Flow=<this flow>), Picked flow URI=uri
  3. Flow start: Flow URI=uri
This would a user pick the starting point when flow (shortcut) is started.

The message belongs to the pick block.
I used  "pick flow" block instead "pick flow beginning". Because, that block doesn't work for me.

The Flow pick block wont suffice since it doesn't include a starting point.
Why doesn't Flow beginning pick block work, any error message?

As said, there's no such feature. Letting the Flow beginning pick block limits its listing of starting points to a single flow is a feature on the to-do list.
