a way to open an app shortcut ?

hi , 
i think the block start app should do the trick .
but i dont know how to .
is there a way to start a shortcut app from the homescreen (or it does not even matter where it is located)

Try using the Shortcut start block, but it's likely not able to "pick shortcut", since that's not possible on newer Android version, unless the app supports the old way.

The shortcut within the app is not even showing on the list of the shortcut start.
Is there anything else you can advise ?

No, you'll have to figure out what Activity class, Action and Extras the shortcut use, then use those in an App start block instead.

There's no such thing, as it depends on the app you're trying to start, and what action is supposed to perform, i.e. same as the shortcut whould.
