I try to talk to other colleagues and i also  try to go hiking when i can.

Hello Zainab
Thanks for sharing this important topic. I have been in a project where the topic "self care" was introduced and team members share the conscious act they take to promote their physical, mental and emotional health. 

Examples of self care tips are taking a walk, watching movies, eating healthy diet, doing some yoga exercise etc. Considering the fact that many people are stressed and overwhelmed this period, it is important  to develop a self care plan although one size does not fit all. Identify what makes you relax and ease off stress. I found this blog below useful 
I would recommend having a self care plan and consciously caring for yourself. I watch movies and listen to music when am stressed!

Dear colleagues,

I wish to share some information I learnt about improving your productivity by taking breaks e.g. 1 hour a day, 1 day a week and 1 month a year away from work.

Kindly let me know your thoughts on this.
