.HEL_ADV file for datum conversion

Hello All. 

I got a .HEL_ADV file for datum conversion to a local grid. Is there any way I can add that in QGIS as a projection? 

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Sekhar

You cannot use it directly but you can extract out the parameters and create your own see the QGIS documentation on custom CRS
