Sydney had its wettest September  day  for 146 years  and its  2nd wettest since records began with 122 mm of rain to  8am this morning  (144 mm fell on 10 Sept 1879)

After its 3rd wettest August in the 166 years  of data, it is already  the wettest September for  18 years  and only a third  of the month has passed.

Hi Don.

That's a fair dump that's for sure.

I was in Wangaratta today and they only had 7mm yesterday and I had 41.2mm here. The forecast was right that it would be in NSW and dipping into Northern Victoria. Wangaratta is only 40km from here.

Regards Bussy
