New moderation of the group & BAC updates

Hi all,

Apologies for all the spam in recent weeks. We've just updated roles and added a few more group admins, so we can effectively deal with spammers.

Now only members of the group can post, and non-members messages are moderated, which should reduce the spam. It should go without saying, but no selling of bicycle gear is allowed on this forum, and doing so will get you banned. 

Going forward, we will continue to use this group to post BAC related announcements, and city staff will post relevant Austin bicycle infrastructure news. This group is open to both current BAC members, as well as past members and members of the public.

I'd also like to announced that the BAC has recently held elections and we've welcomed 10 new members! I'll be serving as Chair of the BAC for this next cycle, so please send me any questions directly that you might have.

I just went through and banned a few more suspcious looking members, hopefully that fixes the spam issue.
