Some Bohemian Waxwings may have arrived here in Kennebec County today. There were 300-500 reported this morning on the Colby campus and Cheryl Ring had 80 in Augusta as well (but they didn't stick around long there). May be worth checking other spots with crabapples.I was just over at Longfellows in Manchester and there were a few Cedar Waxwings, plus Robins and a couple Purple Finches. I've been hearing isolated Redpolls flying over in the past week or two. Evening Grosbeaks have been popping up at various feeders in the county over the last month, often not sticking around for more than a day or two.Glenn

In counting over 100 waxwings, mostly BOWA still at Longfellow's now.
