Yes,
You can choose a binary format under “setup”, and then you have to check the filter length used by the miniDSP unit and enter that as number of taps in the correction filter designer.
The miniDSP units allow for quite short filter lengths. It works pretty well on full range correction, but I believe they are too short for a very good result at low frequencies when crossovers are added.
