I clicked US and Rest of World - assuming that "rest of world" meant every other country, and therefore I didn't need to click each box for 177 countries.

I was wrong. I have changed that setting, and Google has approved it.

Please try again. It is important because I am building a non-US version for auctions that do not involve US at all, and are transacted in more currencies than the 5 I have listed.
